• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree – required; licensed on or after January 2016
• At least two years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Facility‑specific licenses and certifications as required by the employer

• Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas that require attention.
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques.
• Establish individualized care and discharge plans and communicate these plans to appropriate parties.
