Neuroscience Territory Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home‑office colleagues to provide access support.
• Use market/competitive knowledge and cross‑functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights, support pull‑through, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and collaborate across functions.
• Provide real‑time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
• Use digital tools and omni‑channel strategies to personalize outreach and engage virtually and face‑to‑face.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex industries) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last five years; associate level: limited prior sales experience OK.
• Proven high performance; ability to navigate and sell to large accounts.
• Self‑starter with analytic skills; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
• Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

• Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
• Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy‑and‑bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or calling on HCPs.
