As a Lab Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring the smooth functioning of experiments, equipment, and staff. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while leading a team of lab technicians and researchers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of lab personnel, including technicians, researchers, and interns.
• Developing and implementing laboratory procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Monitoring and managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper maintenance of lab equipment.
• Conducting performance evaluations, providing training, and supporting professional development for lab staff.
• Overseeing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
• Collaborating with other departments to support research and development projects.
• Analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.]. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and equipment.
