Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a School-Based Therapist for Community Counseling Solutions in Heppner, Oregon.
Position Overview- Provide school-based behavioral health services for children and adolescents within a collaborative educational setting.
- Complete behavioral health assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and prevention programming.
- Develop individualized treatment plans while coordinating care with families, educators, and community providers.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary care planning.
- Support student success by addressing emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs within the school environment.
- Practice with clinical autonomy while receiving strong organizational and administrative support.
- Competitive salary from $56,025-$92,628 based on licensure and experience.

Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
- Active Oregon LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license, or actively working toward clinical licensure.
- Experience or interest in providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents.
- Ability to provide individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral health assessments.
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
