School-Based Therapist | $4,565 Bonus | Up to $92K Full Time | School-Based Behavioral Health | Outpatient

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a School-Based Therapist for Community Counseling Solutions in Heppner, Oregon.

Position Overview
  • Provide school-based behavioral health services for children and adolescents within a collaborative educational setting.
  • Complete behavioral health assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and prevention programming.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans while coordinating care with families, educators, and community providers.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary care planning.
  • Support student success by addressing emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs within the school environment.
  • Practice with clinical autonomy while receiving strong organizational and administrative support.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary from $56,025-$92,628 based on licensure and experience.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
  • Active Oregon LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license, or actively working toward clinical licensure.
  • Experience or interest in providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents.
  • Ability to provide individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral health assessments.
  • Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
