Licensed Clinical Social Worker; Mental Health Therapist - Lyons

Position Summary

Life Stance Health is seeking licensed Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our rapidly expanding team across Colorado. The role involves delivering high‑quality behavioral health care to adults, geriatric, child, and adolescent patients through in‑person and telemedicine services.

Provide evidence‑based therapy to diverse patient populations, maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support caseload management with a gradual ramp‑up schedule.

• Fully licensed in Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
• Experience working with adult, geriatric, child, or adolescent populations (not required for all)
• Bilingual and play therapy qualifications valued; multiple child/adolescent therapist positions available
• Strong communication skills and commitment to clinical excellence

• Flexible full‑time schedules with telemedicine and in‑person hybrid options
• Compensation range of $72,000 to $115,000, above‑market with uncapped earnings
