Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that restore and improve patients' physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, supervise support staff as assigned, and ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required (for licenses obtained on or after January 2016) or foreign equivalent
  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
  • Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient care skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based treatment techniques and protocols.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Establish individualized care plans and discharge plans while communicating recommendations to patients and the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
