PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) - WARREN HILLS NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER
Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide an excellent rehab experience for patients and families. The role includes individualizing treatment plans and working in a supportive environment with progressive modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. The position includes in‑house therapy with local management support.
Job Requirements- Education:
Graduate of an accredited therapy program. - Certificate / License:
Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where the position is located. - Experience:
Previous SNF rehabilitation experience preferred.
Background checks and drug‑free workplace.
