Dental Receptionist

Overview

Join our team as a Dental Receptionist dedicated to providing a welcoming and patient-centered dental experience. As the first point of contact, you'll handle phone calls, greet patients, and facilitate communication through translation services. Your responsibilities include collecting patient data, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, managing referrals, and performing billing tasks. You will also maintain patient records, process treatment estimates, and support clinic operations.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) at level 9
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare terminology
• Excellent customer service skills

• Professional interaction with patients, staff, and providers
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail in data entry and billing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
