Job Description & Requirements
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Murphy, Texas.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services, including evaluation, plan of care development, and implementation.
- Experience with 60‑minute initial evaluations and 60‑minute treatment sessions preferred.
- Documentation skills including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, functional quality indicator assessment, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ability to provide patient and family education and to supervise or mentor students when assigned.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe patient handling, infection control, and clinic safety protocols.
- Facility Type:
Outpatient. - Shift Pattern: 5×8.
