LMFT | Rural Practice, Sign-On Bonus & Clinical Autonomy

Full Time | Outpatient Behavioral Health | Family Counseling

Position Overview
  • Outpatient behavioral health position serving individuals, children, and families
  • Provide counseling and therapeutic services across multiple age groups
  • Collaborate with internal clinical teams and community partners
  • Participate in improving and developing behavioral health programs
  • Practice independently while supported by a full clinical team
  • Community-focused role serving a rural population
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No Weekends
  • No On-Call Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $73,900 - $111,600
  • $5,500 Sign-On Bonus
  • $4,000 Relocation Assistance (100+ Miles)

Requirements
  • Active Oregon Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License REQUIRED
Preferred
  • Individual counseling experience
  • Child and adolescent counseling experience
  • Family therapy experience
  • Community behavioral health experience
  • Outpatient mental health experience
