Position Details
LCSW-Lake Health Clinics, Full-time, 40 hrs/week, typically 08:00am-05:00pm, Monday-Friday, must be able to work a flexible schedule, as needed.
Position SummaryLake Health District is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative rural healthcare team and help strengthen and expand behavioral health services in our Critical Access Hospital. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered behavioral health care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other members of our interdisciplinary care team.
As a valued member of our organization, you will provide behavioral health assessments, individual counseling, crisis intervention, care coordination, discharge planning, and connections to community resources. EmploymentRequirements
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation.
Successful completion of 500-hour probationary period.
Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer.
