Provides specialized occupational therapy services to improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions through individualized treatment programs. Acts as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and restore patient well‑being.

Responsibilities IncludeConducting evaluations to identify patient needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, delivering therapy interventions using appropriate techniques, and ensuring clear communication of care and discharge plans. Maintains accurate clinical documentation and supervises assigned assistants.
Qualifications And Skills- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent (licensed)
- Valid licensure in applicable states
- CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21
- Strong clinical assessment, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
Adheres to safety protocols, completes all documentation accurately and timely, and performs other related duties as assigned.
