Job Overview

Lead Medical Assistant – Internal Medicine (Happy Valley & Gresham, OR)

• Room patients, collect patient information and prepare them for examination.
• Assist with procedures and support overall delivery of care.
• Oversee daily operations, support patient flow, and coordinate provider schedules and templates.
• Mentor and serve as a resource for team members.
• Maintain efficient workflows and a positive patient experience.

Monday—Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current national certification (AAMA, NCCT, NHA, AMT) and American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience with an electronic health record system;
  Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Completion of Oregon State‑approved chaperone training.
• Completion of CPT‑2 course (CPT‑2 course: ).
• Reliable and predictable attendance.

Pay Range: $27.47–$38.46 per hour (starting at $28.02/hour and increases based on experience). Eligible for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long‑term disability, health savings account, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and multiple supplemental benefits.
