Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Regional Manager – Pharmacy to lead multi-site pharmacy operations in a mission-driven, faith-inspired setting. This role oversees clinical quality, regulatory compliance, team performance, and workflow optimization to ensure safe, affordable medication access for underserved patients. The Regional Manager partners closely with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams to integrate pharmacy into whole-person care, stewards budgets and inventory, and drives continuous quality improvement.
Ideal candidates bring strong pharmacy leadership experience, a heart for service, and a passion for health equity in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
- Oversee regional pharmacy operations across Good Samaritan locations, ensuring safe, compliant, and patient-centered services.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy teams, fostering a collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on health equity.
- Develop and implement standardized workflows, quality improvement initiatives, and performance metrics for pharmacy services.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, medication safety standards, and 340B program requirements.
- Collaborate with medical, dental, and behavioral health leaders to integrate pharmacy into whole-person care models.
- Manage pharmacy budgets, forecasting, and inventory, optimizing formulary and cost-effective medication access.
- Use data and reporting tools to track outcomes, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement in clinical and operational performance.
- Build community and payer partnerships to expand access to affordable medications for underserved populations.
