Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Medical Records Specialist to join our amazing team! If you're passionate about accuracy, teamwork, and helping provide exceptional care to our residents, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do
  • Maintain and organize resident medical records
  • Ensure charts are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal regulations
  • Enter and update resident information in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Communicate with physicians, hospitals, families, and staff regarding medical record requests
  • Protect resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
  • Prepare records for admissions, discharges, audits, and surveys
  • Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care
What We're Looking For
  • Previous medical records or healthcare office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is a plus
  • Strong computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Friendly, professional attitude with outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
