Memory Care Personal Care Attendant (Caregiver) - Swing Shift

Prestige Care -  - Responsibilities:
Provides direct resident care and promotes resident dignity, independence and choice, observing residents’ physical and mental conditions and reporting changes.;
Assists with or performs activities of daily living, takes vital signs and weights, and documents care services and observations.;
Assists residents to and from dining room and activities; serves meals and assists with dining room and kitchen cleanup and maintenance.;
Assists with tours, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers and coordinates personal care service with coworkers during lifting and responding to assistance pages.;
Attends and participates in training, in-services, and staff meetings.
