We are looking for a Residential Care Associate II to join our team at Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon. The role supports residents according to their individualized treatment plans, focusing on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities. Responsibilities include providing limited treatment services, supporting clients in developing functional skills, administering prescribed medications, documenting on medical charts, and assisting clients with medication self‑administration as per agency policies.

The Associate also transports clients and maintains compliance with productivity documentation standards. This position falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit and is covered by the collective bargaining agreement.

With our MHACBO‑accredited training program, you will earn CEUs toward mental health certifications, attend required paid training, and receive qualified clinical supervision with on‑the‑job experience.

Sunday through Tuesday, 10:00 pm – 8:00 am (Part Time, Night)

Starting at $22.50 – $23.88 per hour, DOE/Credentials.

• Night Shift Differential:
  Additional $3.00 per hour for hours between 10:00 PM and 8:30 AM, provided at least 2.5 hours of the shift fall within this period.
• Secure Program Differential:
  Additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible secure program.
• Bilingual Differential:
  Additional 5% pay for employees meeting CCS Language/Bilingual Program qualifications.

Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO). Eligibility requires one of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting.
• Equivalent combination of behavioral science education with satisfactory supplemental experience and training.

The associate will be required to register as a QMHA‑R through MHACBO during the first week of employment.

Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver’s license within 30 days of hire and maintain a safe driving record while passing a DHS criminal background check.

The position requires frequent talking, listening, use of hands and fingers, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds. It may require occasional use of ladders, kneeling, and other tasks as applicable. Successful completion of crisis de‑escalation and CPR training is required.
