Medix is seeking an experienced Substance Abuse Clinician for a 13-week contract in Enterprise, OR. The role focuses on outpatient and community-based care, delivering individual, group, and family counseling within a coordinated behavioral health team.
The position requires QMHP and CADC credentials, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel county-wide for crisis response. Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with a company vehicle provided.
