Full-time Transportation Driver - Senior Living

Responsibilities include driving seniors to medical appointments, shopping, and fun excursions. Our ideal candidate is friendly, observant, flexible, patient, organized, and helpful. In this role, your responsibilities are to lead and promote activities and opportunities that facilitate socialization, physical and emotional well‑being, and fun for our residents. Your goal is to help our seniors Live Life to its Fullest! Working hours include collaborating with your life enrichment team members to lead group and individual engagement activities with our senior residents between scheduled drives and on days when transportation is not scheduled.

• Excellent driving record is required
• Experience working with Seniors is preferred
• Background check and drug testing will be required upon hire
• Valid driver license
• Microsoft Outlook Experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer Service Rockstar
• Experience with seniors or Memory Care (dementia) experience is a plus but not required

• Creativity with intention—generating ideas that bring both joy and depth
