Physical Therapist Assistant - Sign-On Bonus

Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) providing treatment, exercise instruction, and patient education to promote patient well-being in a home care setting.

• Following the treatment plan under supervision of a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
• Instructing and aiding patients with exercises, gait, functional activities, ADLs, transfers, safety, and prosthetic training.
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting patient responses and condition changes to the supervising team.
• Educating patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members to facilitate therapy participation.
• Visiting patients per plan, completing progress notes, and participating in developing treatment plans.
• Engaging in staff meetings, adhering to therapy standards, and performing assigned duties.

• State license/certification to assist in physical therapy practice.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay ranges from $30.00 to $45.00, with benefits including comprehensive packages, incentives, recognition programs, stock options, and a 401k plan, based on eligibility.
