Role:
Occupational Therapy Assistant providing home health services focused on holistic, whole-person care.
Responsibilities Include- Implementing care plans and delivering occupational therapy interventions under supervision.
- Providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) training to patients.
- Educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety at home.
- Documenting care activities accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary, faith-based team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and patient education.
- Commitment to compassionate, whole-person care
