Location: Ukiah, CA

Setting: Retail / Outpatient Pharmacy

Assignment Length: 13 weeks, with option to extend

Shift: 8-hour shift

Schedule: Day shift; retail pharmacy setting

$2,805.86 - $3,117.62 weekly

Provide safe, accurate, and timely pharmacy services in a retail / outpatient pharmacy setting. Review medication orders, support medication distribution, collaborate with the care team, and promote safe medication-use practices.

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of pharmacy.
• Current California Pharmacist license required.
• Recent pharmacy experience appropriate to the assigned setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, medication-safety, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work the listed shift and schedule.

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, dosing, allergies, interactions, and appropriateness.
• Prepare, dispense, and oversee safe medication distribution.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain required documentation and follow applicable pharmacy standards and regulations.
