Therapist – Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to restore and enhance patients' physical functions through personalized treatment plans. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient mobility and functional goals.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical status to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing appropriate techniques and modalities.
• Communicate discharge and care plans with patients and team members.
• Document clinical assessments and treatment progress accurately and promptly.
• Supervise and mentor assigned assistants to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and organizational policies to ensure patient and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; preferably obtained after January 2016.
• Possess licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Maintain current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from an approved vendor.
• Demonstrate at least two years of recent clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Exhibit strong clinical skills and proficiency with therapy tools and techniques.
