Home Health Physical Therapist
Join our team as a Home Health Physical Therapist, providing essential rehabilitation services in the Mount Angel area.
What You'll Be Doing- Deliver one-on-one therapy to patients in their homes
- Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day
- Utilize EPIC and Oasis for patient charting
- Ensure compliance with COVID vaccination requirements
- Travel to patient locations with personal transportation
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- At least 1 year of skilled home health experience
- Current BCLS certification
- Knowledge of EPIC and Oasis systems
- Transportation for patient visits
- Free parking
- Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rates
