Salem, Albany, Turner, Dallas, West Salem, Lebanon, Corvallis, Philomath, and other locations as assigned.

Job Description:

The Speech Therapist manages and provides skilled speech/language pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient special physical or age-related needs. The role requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual's functional level and potential.

• Master's Degree from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program, or Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program, or equivalent education/experience
• Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet a particular department need
• Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
• Specialized speech/language pathology experience may be required for certain department needs

$48.52 – $67.27 per hour (base pay range). Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
