This role supports patients in regaining independence and quality of life through therapeutic interventions administered under the guidance of Occupational Therapists.

• Implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with OTs and interdisciplinary teams
• Promote functional mobility, adaptive techniques, and daily living skills
• Encourage engagement, motivation, and positive experience for each patient
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to measurable outcomes
• Communicate progress and collaborate with families and caregivers

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (AOTA/ACOTE standards)
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
