Experience:
Neonatal care experience preferred, delivery room experience highly valued
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $1.00 (note: pay details to be discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
Manage high-risk neonates and infants within a Level III NICU setting
Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans autonomously
Support delivery room procedures and attend critical deliveries
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including maternal-fetal medicine and OB hospitalists
Provide patient education and family-centered care
Document clinical care according to hospital protocols
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
What You Need
Required:
AL State Nursing License (NP or PA)
Neonatal fellowship or residency completion (minimum 12 months)
Ability to obtain Oregon OR license
Experience with high-acuity neonatal patients and delivery support
Preferred:
Neonatal care experience in Level III NICU settings
Familiarity with neonatal procedures and delivery room support
Strong collaboration and communication skills
