The Hospital Manager of Clinical Social Worker will report to senior hospital leadership and receive strong administrative and interdisciplinary support while overseeing clinical social work operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, resource coordination, discharge planning, and patient advocacy. The Hospital Manager of Clinical Social Worker will collaborate with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, case managers, therapists, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare professionals;
a Master of Social Work (MSW) and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure through the Oregon State Board are required.
