Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa is a luxury retreat catering to adventure‑seekers and the active Pacific NW lifestyle. Our carefully appointed 33‑room hotel offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, Haystack Rock, and Cape Kiwanda. In this unique career opportunity, you will join a high‑performing team of hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional experience for guests.

PACIFIC CITY is off the beaten path on a relatively undiscovered stretch of the majestic Oregon Coast. Cape Kiwanda enjoys a storied connection to the ocean, local rivers, beachfront, and majestic outdoor playground. Surfing, kayaking, hiking, photography, beach combing, and fishing are just some of the outdoor activities enjoyed in this beautiful beach town.

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the welcoming face of Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa. You will create memorable first and lasting impressions, ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and inspired from check‑in to check‑out. Your responsibilities will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, deliver personalized service, provide local insight, and help create the “Headlands experience” for all who walk through our doors.

• Are engaging, personable, and passionate about connecting with people
• Are a master of multi‑tasking, staying cool and collected in a dynamic environment
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and teammates
• Are a proactive team player who enjoys collaborating to exceed expectations
• Thrive on learning new things and staying curious about the area
• Possess strong computer skills; knowledge of hospitality systems is a plus
• Have a personal interest in the outdoors, wellness, or active lifestyles

• Previous front desk, guest service, or hospitality experience preferred
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A love of hospitality, problem‑solving, and creating unforgettable moments
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
