SUMMARY
The housekeeping position is called upon to clean units after guests have checked out and make them ready for the next arrivals, deep cleans, provide daily stay-over service, turndown service and clean common areas.
Hourly Rate: $20/hour Status: Part time or full time, seasonal
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Trailhead and Clubhouse- General cleaning of entire Trailhead and Clubhouse
- Dust and wet mopping floor
- Dusting
- Windows
- Monitoring and reporting maintenance needs
- Locker rooms cleaned and stocked regularly throughout all shifts
- Linens cleaned, organized and inventoried when required
- General cleaning and maintaining Five Star quality
- Monitoring condition of all inventory within rooms / amenities etc
- Restock all guest items
- Reporting any maintenance requirements
- Laundry, Housekeeping Storage & Housekeeping Closets
- Laundry & Linen cleaned, organized and stocked
- Housekeeping supplies organized, clean and stocked
- Guest room supplies organized and stocked
- Maintain a respectful, friendly and helpful attitude when meeting and greeting any resort guests, members or guests of members, using guests name is mandatory Assist when necessary in arrivals / departures or other guests’ needs
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Be flexible in days and hours
- Manages workflow effectively and in an organized and timely manner
- Able to effectively handle multiple tasks
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Maintains a professional standard at Juniper Preserve including, but not limited to, appearance, interaction with members, associates, guests of the club, verbal discussions and written correspondence. Does not discuss work related issues with members and resort guests
- Supports and adheres to the CORE Values (ie. “The T.R.I.P.”), Service Fundamentals, and Guest Service Philosophy as defined by the Company
- Maintains positive attitude and the flexibility to take on new and different tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager and Housekeeping Supervisors
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to read and understand written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to comprehend topics of a conceptual nature.
