The Hôtel Manapany is looking for its future trainee managers (M/F) for the  season!

Positions to be filled from October 20, 2026.

As a trainee manager, you will assist the general manager and his/her assistant in their daily tasks:

• Supervise the work of the chambermaids and team members.
• Prepare opening reports and distribute rooms with the help of the assistant manager.
• Prepare the evening report.
• Help chambermaids with remaking beds if needed.
• Check the quality of the rooms after cleaning (cleanliness, technical issues, arrangements) within the given time frame.
• Ensure the cleanliness of public areas and green spaces.
• Provide accurate reports to the general manager at the end of their shift.
• Assist the assistant managers and follow their assigned tasks.
• Check with the assistants on stock and make requisitions for welcome or household products if necessary.
• Register forgotten items.
• In charge of the linen with the managers when the laundresses have finished their shift, knowing how to manage hotel linen, guest linen, and uniforms.
• Respect quality standards and B Signature values.
