The Hotel Manapany St Barth is looking for its future F&B operations supervisor to complete its catering team:

Description

True right-hand man of the catering director, you are able to replace her in her absence. Your passion for catering and your sense of service will allow you to carry out the following missions:

Main Missions Managerial Missions
  • Integration and training of new employees
  • Team management
  • Ensure respect of grooming of your team
  • Participate in the recruitment of your team
  • Manage schedules (modification, communication)
  • Ensure inter-service communication (FO, HK, Kitchen, Technical, SPA)
  • Participate in manager meetings
Operational Missions
  • Welcome, recognition, and placement of clients on the different sales points
  • Ensure the quality of the different services
  • Perfect knowledge of reservation and billing tools (The Fork and PI)
  • Order taking, service of dishes and wines
  • Wine advice
  • Additional sales
  • Administrative Missions
    • Stock control and completion of inventories of your service
    • Participate in the monitoring of costs and ratios of the department
    • Participate in the creation and elaboration of new menus
    • Be a force of proposal and bring novelty
Profile Sought
  • Leadership
  • Strong motivation
  • Availability and flexibility according to operational needs
  • Knowledge of the hotel or catering environment
  • Good adaptability
  • Excellent sense of service and relationship
  • Bilingual in English
