The Hôtel Manapany is looking for its future trainee receptionists for the  season!

Positions available from October 20, 2026.

In the context of your internship, you will welcome hotel guests in a warm manner and ensure that the standards of the Hôtel Manapany are respected. You will promote a peaceful environment for guests. You will be fully aware of the hotel's services, spa services, rates, and opening hours.

Within our eco resort 5*, you will have the following missions:

• Preparation of client arrivals with reservation files.
• Ensure the follow-up, classification, and archiving of client files daily.
• Welcome guests and proceed with check-in according to the reception formalities and standards in place.
• Offer guests additional sales (upselling).
• Accompany guests to their rooms and conduct a tour of the resort.
• Post the different operations related to guests' stay and check invoices.
• Organize the next day's departures by checking each file.
• Proceed with the check-out of clients by performing invoicing and cash handling.
• Perform daily accounting by managing your own cash drawer and closing the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Handle any requests for early departure.
