As an Assistant Responsible Front Office, in collaboration with the Front Office Manager, I am in charge of customer relations: quality of service and excellence in reception throughout the guest's stay. I am in charge of guest requests and complaints and ensure their follow-up.
With the Front Office Manager, I supervise the organization of all hotel reception services (guest relations and night audit), and plan their work on a daily basis. I ensure the respect of standards, procedures, and hygiene norms in force within the hotel. I am responsible for the development and support of my teams.
I am a force of proposal and creation in order to improve customer service, improve the department's services, and develop the department's profitability.
Representing at all times our luxurious establishment and its values, I ensure the satisfaction of employees by performing my daily tasks and missions with joy and benevolence. More than an Assistant Responsible Front Office, I actively participate in the radiance of the establishment.
MissionsOperational:
- Ensure an impeccable and personalized welcome to guests (check-in, check-out, follow-up of the stay).
- Meet guests from their arrival, during their stay, and until the moment of departure by being very present in the hotel.
- Provide concierge services and suggest the use of hotel services as a priority.
- Ensure the correct application of LQA standards with Guest Care and Night Audit.
- Manage and follow up delicate situations or guest complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to verify the billing of accommodation and external services.
- Ensure coordination with other departments
Managerial:
- Participate in the training, development, and support with the support of the Front Office Manager of the Guest Care and Night Audit team.
- Ensure the application of service standards and procedures, checklists in Front and Back in force within the hotel and Oetker Hotels.
- Organize your days between the field and the back office by prioritizing emergencies and ongoing issues.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in monitoring indicators (customer satisfaction, occupancy rate, upselling).
- Ensure the proper use and reliability of PMS / CRM tools.
- Control cash registers, invoicing, and closing procedures.
ProfileWe are looking for a graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in hotel management, preferably with 3 years of experience in the same position in high-end hotel management. Mastery of French and English is indispensable, and a B permit is required.
