Receptionist Position AvailableThe Hotel Manapany is recruiting its receptionist for the end of the season in 2026!
Position available on a CDD basis from now until August 15, 2026.
Main DutiesAs a receptionist, you will be the main point of contact between guests and the establishment. Your role will be to welcome guests, manage their arrivals and departures, provide information, and ensure a positive experience from their arrival. You will be responsible for managing guest requests and needs during their stay.
General Duties1. Guest Reception:
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, provide them with information about the establishment and the services offered.
- Manage the check-in process efficiently, collect necessary information, and assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability.
- Respond to guest requests, offer assistance, and resolve any issues that may arise.
2. Coordination of Arrivals and Departures:
- Organize and manage guest arrival and departure schedules.
- Handle administrative formalities, including check-in and payment of bills.
- Inform guests about available services and activities offered at the establishment.
3. Management of Guest Requests in Coordination with Conciergerie:
- Respond to requests for information, additional services, and specific guest needs.
- Provide accurate information on schedules, routes, local attractions, restaurants, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a 5
* establishment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Protel software.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to manage emergency situations and resolve problems professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guest information.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments of the establishment.
