Room Attendant

Switzerland Inn, located in Little Switzerland, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. At Switzerland Inn, we believe a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared guest room is one of the most important elements of creating an exceptional guest experience. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the inn’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction while contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere our guests have come to expect.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and efficiency throughout guest rooms and public areas while providing attentive service and fostering positive working relationships with fellow team members, supervisors, and managers. Attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work are essential to success in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work history, including at least one (1) year experience in role or similar role, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Candidates should understand the importance of cleanliness, organization, and consistency in delivering a memorable hospitality experience.
