TheHotel Manapany Is Looking For Its Future Concierge (H/F) For The Season!
Position in CDD to be filled from October 5, 2026.
GENERAL MISSIONS
- Ensure the processing and follow-up of all client requests received by email.
- Show proactivity regarding specific client needs before their arrival at the hotel and ensure follow-up from their first day of stay.
- Know the island's activities offered by our providers and advise clients according to their needs.
- Manage restaurant reservations, taxis, transfers, ticketing (air or boat)
- Organize client itineraries using the concierge Organizer software and record all their requests.
- Ensure the follow-up of the instructions recorded on concierge Organizer.
- Present and sell the services within the hotel (rooms, restaurants, bars, spa).
- Keep up to date with the latest news, events on the island.
- Receive packages, messages and deliver them to the clients.
- Coordinate trips with drivers-baggage handlers.
- Keep the book of activities and the list of restaurants offered up to date.
- Fill in the cardex with clients' habits and preferences for future stays; communicate client information to the concerned services.
- Make contact with clients to ensure their well-being and general satisfaction.
GUEST RELATIONS MISSIONS
- Prepare welcome words for arrivals the next day.
- Fill in the cardex with clients' habits and preferences for future stays; communicate client information to the concerned services.
- Make contact with clients to ensure their well-being and general satisfaction.
- Send an email to travel agents after the arrival of clients to give them feedback.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Mastery of Protel software.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to manage emergency situations and resolve problems professionally.
- Excellent organization and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and respect for the confidentiality of client information.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other services of the establishment.
