Residence Inn Portland Clackamas is seeking a Front Desk Agent for a full-time role with mid and evening shifts (12p-8p and 2p-10p). You will greet guests, check guests in/out, manage reservations, and provide outstanding guest services with a friendly tone.
You will also handle cash transactions, answer calls, promote the loyalty program, and maintain the lobby area to brand standards while working independently and as part of a team.
