Roofstock’s STR team is building a new hospitality unit, and this role focuses on keeping our short-term rental homes functional, clean, and stocked for every guest. You’ll inspect, restock supplies, prep for arrivals, perform light maintenance, and respond to in-market issues in your zone.
You’ll report to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops, and your work will directly influence guest satisfaction, review scores, and care of homeowners’ properties.
