As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll welcome guests, answer questions, sell lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals, and other resort products, and help ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and informative. Whether you're assisting a first-time skier, helping a family plan their day, or providing solutions when plans change, you'll play an essential role in delivering the exceptional guest experience Mt.

Hood Meadows is known for.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that combines customer service, technology, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fun mountain environment. This is a full-time, seasonal position

• Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests
• Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

• Previous guest service experience
• Prior experience operating a point-of-sale

• Starting Wage: $ 18.54 - $21.93 hourly
