Cable Com is looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for administering employee benefits and leaves, assisting with the onboarding process, and maintaining employee personnel files and other confidential information.

• Administer Benefits and Leaves programs
• Assists with screening internal and external applicants to meet established qualifications for company positions and scheduling interviews.
• Regularly updates HRIS database to reflect applicant dispositions.
• Facilitate the pre employment screening and onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist with assigned projects.
• Additional Duties as assigned.

• Requires 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1 of those years in Human Resources.
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience administering leaves and benefits preferred.
• Experience with SAP Success Factors preferred.

The wage range for Human Resources Specialist is $20.00 - $24.00.
