What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, coordinating their interactions with the employer's team
  • Own the recruiting process by planning and coordinating all steps from job descriptions to interview debriefs
  • Build and maintain effective communication with candidates and stakeholders to foster relationships
  • Create and manage recruiting reports to monitor pipeline activity and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal partners to enhance employer branding and share employee stories
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of coordination experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup environment
  • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced setting
  • Experience with a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Proficient in online collaboration tools such as Google Suite and Slack
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience interacting with executives
