Willory is growing, and we are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for HR and payroll positions across a range of industries and engagement types. You will build relationships with clients, develop and screen candidate pipelines, and contribute to the continued growth of Willory's staffing practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt HR and payroll roles across Willory's client portfolio
- Partner with clients during intake calls to understand role requirements, culture, and hiring timelines
- Craft compelling job descriptions and launch targeted outreach campaigns to attract qualified candidates
- Screen and assess candidates through phone and video interviews, presenting top talent to clients with well-structured submissions
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients as requested
- Conduct market reviews for complex job orders to advise clients on compensation benchmarks and candidate availability
- Manage client relationships proactively, providing updates and maintaining a high standard of communication throughout the search process
- Maintain accurate records in Loxo (our ATS) and uphold Willory's standards for data integrity and candidate experience
- Contribute to the advancement of Willory's staffing practice by taking on special projects and initiatives
- Continuously experiment with and adopt AI recruiting tools to streamline workflows (e.g., resume screening, interview preparation, or scheduling) while maintaining a high-touch, relationship-driven candidate experience.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or executive search environment
- A track record of supporting diverse, dynamic roles across HR, payroll, or adjacent functions
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer and close
- Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with Loxo a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to represent Willory professionally in all client and candidate interactions
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Executive or senior-level recruiting experience
- Background in HR, payroll, or HCM technology recruiting
First 30 Days
- Complete Willory onboarding materials and obtain ATS (Loxo) certification
- Develop job descriptions for assigned open roles
- Launch an initial candidate outreach campaign
- Begin candidate screening and build an early pipeline for active job orders
- Successfully navigate the recruiting funnel for an active job order
- Demonstrate mastery of Linked In Recruiter for sourcing and pipeline management
- Complete market reviews independently for complex job orders
- Conduct client intake calls with confidence and minimal support
- Submit qualified candidates for active requisitions
- Target: first successful placement within this window
- Operate independently within Loxo with minimal assistance
- Consistently submit 5-7 qualified candidates per assigned role
- Own client relationships for active searches
- Contribute to strategic projects supporting the growth of Willory's staffing practice
Work Location: Remote (Northern Ohio preferred)
Placement Type: Direct Hire
Estimated Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: Base salary of $60000 - $72000 + Commission; OTE $80000
