Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple locations within a dynamic, operationally focused organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to management while providing leadership to a regional HR team. The Senior HRBP will partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, foster a positive and productive workplace culture, and ensure consistent, compliant, and effective human resources practices throughout the organization.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000

Work Environment: This is an on-site position that works primarily in an office environment, with regular interaction in operational settings. The successful candidate may be based out of one of three Oregon locations—Dayton, Yamhill, or Sauvie Island—and will be expected to travel between sites as needed to support leaders, employees, and business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop a regional HR team, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR service across multiple locations.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Partner with leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote consistent application of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance HR effectiveness and the employee experience.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to provide recommendations that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop managers, strengthen employee development efforts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and progressive HR experience.
  • 5+ years of HR Business Partner, HR Management, or related leadership experience, including strategic partnership with operational leaders.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing HR team members.
  • Strong employee relations expertise, including investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and corrective action.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and manage sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations + seasonal or high-volume work forces.
