HR Generalist / Talent Management, Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Duration: 13-Week contract (Possible Extension)
Schedule: M- F | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Including 1 Hour Lunch)
Pay Range: $35 - $40/hr
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a busy hospital HR department. This role will be responsible for a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, personnel records management, benefits administration, and leave management. The ideal candidate has prior healthcare HR experience and is knowledgeable in Oregon employment and leave laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Support recruitment, employee records, and HR administration.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain personnel files.
- Coordinate and manage employee leave programs, including Oregon Paid Leave, OFLA, and FMLA.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide HR support to employees and department leadership.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and confidential employee records.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous HR Generalist experience
, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Strong knowledge of Oregon Paid Leave, OFLA, and FMLA administration.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HR records.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
