Covia is seeking a dynamic 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for its Oregon, IL location. The role oversees hourly employees and directs daily production and shipping to meet quality, safety, and health standards. Reports to the Plant Superintendent and commits to Covia’s safety-first culture.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2–5 years of related supervisory experience. Bachelor’s preferred;
Lean manufacturing and 5S experience are a plus.
