Covia is seeking a dynamic 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our Oregon, IL plant. You'll oversee hourly workers, coordinate quarrying, dewatering, drying, screening and loading to meet daily production and shipping goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Reports to the Plant Superintendent and will implement production schedules, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced mineral solutions environment.
