Job Description
• Analyze current IT processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities
• Design and implement end-to-end automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective integration of automation solutions
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and tools to support continuous improvement efforts
• Conduct performance monitoring and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure optimal functionality
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in IT automation to drive innovation and efficiency.
