Job Overview

We’re looking for an IT Support Technician who can keep systems running smoothly, support team members with confidence, and help deliver fast, friendly technical support across the organization. Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and workplace tech.
  • Respond to support requests with professionalism, urgency, and great customer service.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and inventory accurately.
  • Support deployments, upgrades, team projects, and occasional on‑call needs.
What You Bring
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid grasp of PC hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Clear communication and a customer‑first approach when supporting users.
  • The ability to stay organized, adapt quickly, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Casino or gaming industry experience.
  • 6–12 months of experience in a similar technical support role.
  • CompTIA A+ or similar technical knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid Oregon driver’s license.
  • Must be age 21 or older.
  • Must be able to pass required screening and background checks.
