IT Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the technology infrastructure sector, is seeking a IT Technician to join their team. As a IT Technician, you will be part of the Data Center Operations supporting the technical support and maintenance of critical hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Technician

Location: Boardman, OR

Pay Range: 27.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware using diagnostic tools and testing rigs
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily operational workflows
• Record test results in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Receive, track, and manage inventory, including checking out parts as needed
• Diagnose hardware and basic network issues, performing physical repairs

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
• Experience with server/computer hardware components
• Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs
• Basic Linux/Unix command line familiarity
